SUMMARY:2017 Introductory Fly Casting Classes
DESCRIPTION:This year the Kilpatrick Flyfishers will be holding introductory casting lessons on May 1\, 2\, and 3 at Sid Buckwold Park which is right behind Roland Michener Elementary school on Degeer Street.   Take the alley on the east side of the school (not into the school parking lot) to the meeting area (marked on the map below).   On the third evening\, the class will be held at the Wildlife Federation pond north of Atridge.  All classes will begin at 7:00\, so please try to arrive early to get yourself set up and ready for the start of the class. \nThe classes are open to any member of the Kilpatrick Fly Fishers club.  Please bring your own rod/reel/line setup if you have one\, but the club will also provide about 8 club rods that can be used if you don’t have one (no need to go out and buy one just for the classes if you haven’t already).  Absolutely no experience is needed\, but if you have some\, don’t be shy to attend and get a tune-up.
